An Invitation From the Pastor

Hello, I am Pastor Jerel Clanney. It is my privilege to pastor one of the most exciting churches in southwestern Indiana! The Lord has been so good to us! It is truly a privilege to be a child of God and a servant of God! It is my prayer that through your viewing of our website your faith will be encouraged, your boldness for Christ heightened, and your desire to accomplish something for the Lord increased.

What a blessing it was to see our church grow spiritually and numerically in 2011. It was a wonderful year full of the blessings of God! We are anticipating another great year of growth and we are excited about our theme for 2012, "Conforming to the Image of Jesus Christ". The Bible says in Romans 8:29, "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son..." The Bible teaches that Christ-likeness ought to be the ultimate goal of every single Christian; that's why I have chosen this theme for 2012. Victory Baptist Church is making a zeroed in, concerted effort to press towards Christ-likeness more this year than we ever have in the past. Come join us as we press towards the image of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Our service times are as follows:

Sunday School – 9:30 a.m.
Sunday Morning Service – 10:30 a.m.
Sunday Night Service – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday Bible Study and Prayer – 7:00 p.m.

I would love to have you visit our church. Victory Baptist Church is located 2 miles east of Bloomfield, Indiana on State Road 54. I am confident you would enjoy the sweet spirit, the heart felt singing, and fervent preaching of God’s Word. We are a friendly, country church. We love having visitors and prepare in advance to make each one feel like an honored guest.
